~Chicken Corn Soup~
INGREDIENTS

•Boiled & Shredded Chicken 500gm
•Chicken Stock
•Salt to taste
•Black Pepper 1/2 Tbsp
•Canned sweet corn 150gm
•Sweet soya sauce 1Tbsp
•Chilli Sauce 1Tbsp
•Vinegar 1Tbsp
•Crushed green chilis 2
•Corn Flour 2Tbsp
•Egg white 2

Method:
In a chicken stock add boiled & shredded chicken ,let it cook for sometime then add sweet corn which is blended separtely and stir nicely then add black pepper, salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar .Let it cook for 1min .

*Keeping in mind for kids dont add much chilli & vinegar inside because we adults can add these items later as well while having it *

Now add corn flour gradually and stir the soup so that i becomes thick ..Let it cook now for 1more min. Now add beaten egg gradually and mix up . Now let it cook untill everything is fully cooked and here is your yummilicious Chicken corn soup is ready to serve 😍

INGREDIENTS:
   *MARINATE CHICKEN*
•Boneless chicken
•Yougurt
•Green chilli
•Coriander
•Ginger garlic paste
•Shan Tikka Masala
•Black pepper
•Cream
•Salt

   *Marinate all the ingredients together and keep aside for atleast 30mins and then cook on low-high flame until chicken is done to serve.

* FOR Chutney SAUCE*
•Yougurt
•Red chilli powder
•Green chilli
•corriander
•black pepper
•salt
   *Blend all the ingredients together and the chutney sauce is ready.

  *METHOD*
.Now in a paratha put home made chutney sauce ,Tikka Mayonnise , Veri Peri African Hot Sauce and sliced onion with chicken pieces on it.. Roll the paratha and use Aluminium foil/butter paper to roll the paratha properly .

•INGREDIENTS:
Pasta
Oil
Chopped Garlic cloves
Boneless Chicken
Soya Sauce
Ketchup/Tomato Paste
carrots/or any vegetable
Oregano
Mozrella Cheese

•METHOD:
. ~For Pasta~
Boil water in a pot, Add pinch of salt, 1Tbsp Vinegar in a water then add Pasta (any kind of pasta you can take) in a boiling water and let it it cook until it becomes soft.
. ~ For Chicken~

Add 2Tbsp of oil in a pan, then fry 2garlic cloves for a min, Now add chicken in it and let it fry until the chicken changes its colour, Now add 1tsp chicken powder, Salt to taste, 2Tbsp soya sauce, then saute for a min and then let it cover & cook until chicken tenders.
Now add 2-4Tbsp ketchup,add carrots, oregano a little bit and saute. Now after chicken is fully cooked add boiled pasta into it and mix well. Now add mozrella cheese as topping and a little bit of oregano.
Cover and cook on low flame for 2min until the cheese is melted.

We watched this movie in cinema just last weekend with our kids, so here i am giving my own reviews as i can see mixed reviews about this movie .

MY REVIEW:

This wonderful movie with special effects, really has no change from the original movie except two new songs. I loved how the animal kingdom moved in the special effects. And i loved this movie just as much as i loved the original one, I was an emotional wreck from start to the end and Mufasa’s death had made me crying like a little baby. But it was really heart wrenching how Simba ran away because of guilt .

It was really quite in the theatre so i got to hear every word and we got some good laughs specially when they say ”HAKUNA MATATA”

What a wonderful phrase

MY FIRST VISIT:

So Finally we have been to National museum of Qatar after almost 4 months since it has opened. We got a chance to visit such a informative place in Qatar named “Qatar National Museum.”

OPENING OF NMOQ:

The much anticipitated opening of national museum took place on March’19.

FROM ANCIENT TO MODERN:

The Qatar nation museum is located towards the end of the corniche.

The French Architect “John Nouvel” designed the building. The shape of the Building is of a vast desert rose integrated with a rejuvenated old palace.The project is a mixture of archaeology, national culture and national history.The national history was the most impressive highlighting how rich and diverse the seemingly desolate desert is.The huge television screens depict the life and times of the qatari people.It shows the original desert lifestyle to today’s sophisticated style.

Those interested in wild life will be enchanted by the taxidermy mounts and the description available.The museum site also includes Shiekh Abdullah bin Jassim Al-Thani’s Palace which is the heart of the Qatari National identity. The attraction should not be missed while in Qatar.

ENTRANCE TO THE MUSEUM:

The entrance is free for the Qatar residents. There are also gift shops for both adults and children’s. There is a large cafeteria also. Its such a nice place to give a visit.
